Terms & Conditions.

1.1 "Honest Taxi" is a reliable mobility and taxi service operator based in Gujarat, India.

1.2 We operate independently and are not affiliated with the Gujarat Tourism Department or any government transport authority.

1.3 The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Honest Taxi, while "you" or "customer" refers to the person booking the vehicle.

2.1 Bookings can be requested via our website, WhatsApp, or phone call. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message along with the driver/cab details.

2.2 An advance payment (token amount) may be required to secure the booking, especially for outstation trips, tempo travellers, and peak holiday seasons.

2.3 The balance payment must be settled directly with the driver during the trip or at the end of the journey via Cash or UPI.

3.1 Inclusions: Unless otherwise specified, our outstation quotes generally include Fuel, Driver Allowance, and the Vehicle cost for the specified itinerary.

3.2 Exclusions: Toll taxes, state border taxes, parking fees, and entry tickets to monuments are not included in the base fare and must be paid by the customer directly during the trip.

3.3 AC Policy: The Air Conditioner will be turned off while driving in hilly areas (ghats) to prevent engine overload and ensure safety.

3.4 Extra Charges: Any extra kilometers driven or extra hours taken beyond the agreed itinerary will be charged at standard per-km / per-hour rates.

• 48 Hours Before: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the pickup time will incur no charges, and full advance (if any) will be refunded.
• 24 Hours Before: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
• Last Minute: Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup or "No Shows" will not be eligible for any refund of the advance payment.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment source.

5.1 Luggage: Customers are fully responsible for their personal belongings. Honest Taxi will not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or forgotten luggage in the vehicle.

5.2 Delays: We strive to be always on time; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like heavy traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns.

5.3 Code of Conduct: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. The driver reserves the right to terminate the trip immediately if these rules are violated, without any refund.
